Area Agencies on Aging The local Area Agencies on Aging that receive Older American Act funds to provide a variety of services to Older Adults. Services may include in-home assistance, respite care, case management, congregate and in-home meals, housekeeping, transportation, adaptive devices, elder emergency housing and more.

Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS)
The ALTCS program is a statewide managed care system which delivers both acute and long term care services through eight prepaid, program contractors, Native American Tribes or Associations.

DDD provides supports and services to eligible individuals with Developmental Disabilities. The division coordinates supports, services and resources through over 50 local offices in various communities throughout the state. These local offices promote access to community resources and program flexibility in meeting your needs.

Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC)
SILC represents five Independent Living Centers, encouraging and advocating independent living for Arizonans with disabilities throughout the state. Centers for Independent Living (CILs) are private, nonprofit corporations that provide services to maximize the independence of individuals with disabilities and the accessibility of the communities where they live. Centers provide, among other things, advocacy, independent living skills training, information and referral and peer counseling.
